: How it works
Our live phone lead program starts with consumer data from our extensive inventory. This data is filtered for your specific requirements and a campaign is created for you using our web-based predictive dialer program. Our dialer system requires no special hardware or software to use.
Once your campaign is set up your sales agents can log into our website and begin receiving calls from sales prospects almost immediately.

You pay only for calls exceeding a 30second qualifying grace period. This eliminates the risk of paying for unqualified leads.
: Answering Machines
If you receive an answering machine instead of a live prospect and leave a message for a return call, this lead will be free as long as the total time on the call is within the grace period. This saves you even more money.
: Logging Into a Campaign
Our login page requires sales agents to enter their name, phone number and campaign passcode. When submitted, our system will call the sales agent at the phone number entered on the login page. A recorded voice will give the sales agent an agent ID for the session which is then entered in the second screen and submitted.
Our system will then start dialing to connect live calls to the sales agent. The sales agent does not hang up their phone between calls, but stays on for the duration of the session, which they can end at any time.
When a call is connected, full lead data will be displayed to the sales agent. When the call is complete, the sales agent will disposition the call and optionally leave notes that will become part of the record of that lead. After submitting the disposition of the current lead, the sales agent will be connected to a new prospect.
: Wait Time Between Calls
The wait time between calls is primarily a factor of the number of sales agents using the system at the same time. The more sales agents logged in, the less wait time between calls. There is no limit to the number of sales agents that can be logged in at the same time.
: Reporting
We offer our clients disposition reports that show full lead data along with the name of the sales agent who spoke with the prospect, duration of the call, disposition, and notes entered by the sales agent. The report shows data for calls exceeding the 30second qualifying grace period only.
