:    Is there any special hardware or software needed to use your program?

No. Our dialer is web-based so can be used from anywhere you can get an internet connection. The phone you use receive calls can be a regular land line phone or cell phone.

:    Is there a limit to the number of calls we can receive daily?

Because of our massive inventory of consumer data, we can deliver as many calls as you need to meet your sales objectives.

:    How do we receive phone leads?

When you want to receive leads, you simply log into our system and indicate which campaign you want to work on. Our program will start the session by calling you at the phone number you designated and begin connecting calls to you.

During the entire session you remain on the phone, not hang up between calls. When calls are connected you will see full contact, property and load information displayed on your screen. You can disposition the calls and click 'Take Next Call' to move to the next call.

:    How long is the wait between calls?

This depends how many of your sales agents are logged in using the system at the same time. Being a predictive dialer, the wait times will be less when more sales agents are logged in. It's best to have at least 4 or 5 sales agents simultaneously logged to minimize wait time.

:    Are we charged for messages that we leave on answering machines and voicemails?

As long as the call is less than 30 seconds there is no charge for leaving messages.

:    Can we filter the type of lead data we want to call on?

Yes. You can filter geographically by state and area code.

:    Can we set up separate campaigns for different time zones?

Yes. You can set up multiple campaigns that make the most logistical sense for your team.

:    Is your calling data scrubbed for compliance with the National Do Not Call Registry?

Yes, all calling data is scrubbed for the DNC so your calls will be fully compliant.

:    Do we need to have SAN (Subscription Account Number) to use your services?

Yes. All companies that use telephones for marketing to consumers need to be in compliance with existing Federal laws.

:    Can we use our own calling data on your system?

Yes, as long as your lists are scrubbed for DNC and you have an active SAN number. Since in this case you are providing the calling data, our billing will be based on minutes of usage instead of per qualified lead.
